Music with a Mission is proud to present Wheaton College’s Sol Quartet.

A student ensemble from the world-class Wheaton College Conservatory of Music, Sol Quartet features Mari Jo Downing and Bethany McClatchey on violin, Abby Douglas on viola, and Annelise Avery on cello. Each performer is currently earning a degree in music performance and/or pedagogy and holds active roles in student leadership and the college’s symphony orchestra.

Audience members will be treated to Hayden’s String Quartet in B-flat, Op. 76, No 4 (“Sunrise), and distinctive arrangements of the hymns “Amazing Grace” and “Nearer, Still Nearer”. Sol Quartet integrates their faith with their music and each piece is meant to reflect Christ-centered joy and praise.

A goodwill offering from the performance will benefit a local non-for-profit organization.
