Children/Youth
Children and youth are an integral part of our church family. We want them to enjoy Sundays at First Congregational in whatever way you and they are most comfortable. We have a professionally staffed nursery available for babies and toddlers up to age three, and we provide Sunday school for preschool through 5th grade each Sunday. Preschoolers and older children will attend the beginning of service before leaving with their teachers for Sunday school. Parents can meet children after the service in their Sunday school rooms. Just ask an usher if you need directions!
Nursery
Care is available every Sunday in our nursery starting at 9:45 AM until after service, for children up to five years old. The nursery is staffed by an experienced, professional caregiver, who has been working with infants and small children for decades.
Elementary Sunday School
Starting at age three (Pre-K) through 5th Grade, Sunday school meets during the service from about 10:15-11:00 AM weekly during the school year. The children start with their families at the service, are called up for Children’s Time, and are then dismissed to Sunday school. During the summer, group Sunday school is offered for Pre-K through 5th grade.

Middle School/ Jr. High Sunday School
Our middle school students have Sunday school on the second Sunday of the month throughout the school year. Like the younger students, the middle schoolers start with their families during service, and then depart to Sunday school after the Children’s Time at about 10:15 AM
